Every forest tamarind chutney (400g) is made by hand by Jhagadia Tamarind Processing Unit, with no middleman standing between the maker and you.
Solar-dried and hand-packed by women's units, using amla, tamarind, mahua, honey and millets the community already collects.
Before this enterprise existed, the raw material behind this product left the village for a fraction of what you are paying — and the value addition happened somewhere else. That is the single thing this collection changes.
