Neem for the skin, aloe for the burn, hibiscus for the hair — the Bharuch belt has been making its own cosmetics for generations, in copper vessels, on wood fire, in quantities of ten.
Van Saundarya gave that practice a cold-process workshop, a curing rack and a barcode. Nothing else changed: no parabens, no plastic bottles, no synthetic fragrance, no animal testing. The soap still cures for four weeks before it leaves the village.
